- Improved fundraising practices and infrastructure, including donor engagement and stewardship. Significantly improved donor retention and grew average annual gift by 20 percent for each of four consecutive fiscal years
Rebranded annual donor engagement fundraising to better align with the social impact mission for a leading gender-focused research organization with an $8 million annual operating budget and a 40+ year reputation for research excellence in education, economic security, mental health, youth development, and gender violence:
- Repositioned visual messaging across platforms, including logo redesign and development of a full suite of collateral materials
- Developed powerful written and visual content for mailed and online appeals, linking research evidence to urgent social issues for women and girls
- Grew donor outreach from 6,000 to 12,500, including more accurate segmentation and improved analytics tracking for increased leadership giving and donor retention | Grew unrestricted revenue by an average 20% each year for four consecutive fiscal years
