Developed A Strategic Roadmap For Equity, Inclusion & Vitality | Boston University Medical Campus (BUMC)
Collaborated with the BUMC Women's Leadership Advisory Board (WLAB), an advisory board established in 2016 comprised of diverse leadership at all levels from the full BUMC system.
Phase I / Over the course of four months, developed the WLAB 2020 Vision & Strategic Roadmap for building gender equity, inclusion, and vitality at BUMC.
Phase II / Provided interim administrative leadership for the newly created Office of Equity, Vitality + Inclusion
Deliverables included:
Full report outlining an evidence-based rationale and business case, as well as a detailed strategic roadmap/driver diagram, identifying key strategies, change initiatives, projects, including budget scope and resources needed
A process and timeline for completion
Leadership engagement strategy and presentation deck
Development of a system-wide mentoring program and related updated professional advancement procedures and collateral for clinical department leaders
