Strategic Leadership & Collaboration | Beyond Conflict

Led a strategic planning process over three months for a small, visionary nonprofit with ambitious visions for growth and scale. Worked together to develop a strategic vision for reaffirming and strengthening their 25-year global conflict resolution mission while introducing exciting, new initiatives in neuroscience innovation:

  • Identified key long-term social impact goals and initiated the development of metrics for measurement and evaluation of progress

  • Charted organizational growth potential over the next ten years, including program and staffing growth scenarios and budgets

  • Developed business strategies for a growth-oriented, sustainable financial foundation, including new earned income opportunities, such as online training, consulting, and the creation of groundbreaking intellectual property and technologies
